When failure is not an option....

I attended a series of training workshops by Joel Nunez and it really opened our eyes toward the importance of failure. Life has challenges and obstacles, and we don’t want children experiencing failure for the first time as adults in a way that completely devastates them. Our kids can’t go a day or even few hours without electricity or WiFi. It is challenging for me to actually find opportunities for them to fail in. Yes soccer games help but not enough as an individual. Learning to be disappointed and dealing with those emotions as gruesome as it may be, is extremely important in their development. --
